Our Conveyancing/Real Estate Department acts for retail consumers, corporate groups, statutory boards and financial institutions in real estate transactions involving residential, commercial and industrial properties.

We have a dedicated team of specialists responsible for en-bloc sale transactions. Such transactions involve structuring the division of proceeds amongst strata proprietors and representation to the Strata Titles Board. The team offers a full range of retail property services, development project services and financing issues as part of a complete package of legal and business requirements of the client.

Related Services

With the provision of real estate security for banking facilities, consumer banking and real estate financing are closely related areas of practice. Our lawyers are highly experienced in legal services for property related consumer banking products. We also provide advice on building contracts and building management contracts at all stages of the project, including contract negotiations and planning, contract administration, tax issues and the resolution of disputes. We often work with other departments to provide advice on complex transactions such as joint ventures for the acquisition and development of properties and the purchase of companies for the purpose of acquiring their properties. In tandem with our objective to provide clients with fully integrated service, we complement our conveyancing and property practice by also tending to our clients' possible needs concerning the preparation and execution of Power of Attorneys, Wills and Probate and Administration of Estates.
