Mr Choy Weng Hon has been in the conveyancing line since 1970. Starting with Lee & Lee, he has had a good 30 years of experience in this field, most of which were spent in senior para-legal positions. His wealth of experience has made him an important resource and also enabled him to render invaluable contributions to our firm's en-bloc sales team.

As the General Manager with LAWHUB LLC (formerly known as K K Yap & Partners), Mr Choy is responsible for planning and managing workflow, and is instrumental in resolving conveyancing legal issues. He firmly believes that ongoing training and education is crucial to the professional well-being of real estate agents and for the benefits of the public at large and so frequently engages in conducting seminars for real estate agents on various topics of concern and interest to them such as ethical issues and dilemmas in everyday real estate practice and real-life case studies on common problems encountered.

Mr Choy is one of the rare individuals who has experience in both the realty and legal industries. Besides being a seasoned para-legal practitioner, Mr Choy is CEHA qualified and was a housing agent for three years. As such, he is able to look and assess all conveyancing situations from both from the agent's and solicitor's perspective.
