Ms Koh Yee Ling graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1990. She was called to the Singapore Bar in 1991 and to the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak in 1995.

Ms Koh has had 11 years’ experience in legal practice mainly in the areas of conveyancing and corporate law. She had been involved in the sale/lease of commercial projects such as Ngee Ann City and handled syndicated loan arrangements for major banks and financial institutions. Her work experience encompassed negotiating, drafting and reviewing of joint venture agreements, partnership agreements, management/service agreements, IT contracts, licensing ageements, franchise and corporate secretarial work.

Presently, Ms Koh handles mainly conveyancing and Central Provident Fund Board matters.

Ms Koh also spent 3 years working as in-house legal counsel for Multi National Companies.
