Ms Loke Ai-Fen graduated from the National University of Singapore. She initially joined the firm as a Pupil and was given exposure to various aspects of legal practice. Subsequently, Ms Loke decided to focus on conveyancing law as her area of specialty as she enjoyed the challenge of real estate practice. Throughout her pupilage, she consistently demonstrated her strong communication and interpersonal skill and was able to work well both independently and in a team. After her graduation, Ms Loke was retained as an Associate with LAWHUB LLC (formerly known as K K Yap & Partners).

Her current responsibilities include supervising teams handling the purchase of private properties, sale and redemption of HDB properties. Besides ensuring that proper and accurate documentations are prepared, she attends to clients during their first and second appointments and helps to resolve conveyancing legal issues. Occasionally, Ms Loke also conducts lectures for a major real estate agency.
