Ms Rita Chew specializes in real estate law since she started practice in 1987. Ms Chew graduated from National University of Singapore in 1986. Prior to setting up her own legal practice with some partners in 1991, Ms Chew worked as an associate in a medium-sized boutique law firm and a large brand-name legal practice. Using experience she gathered when she was managing her own practice, she is able to discern issues from a wide perspective and fully appreciates her clients’ business objectives and concerns when negotiating real estate deals on their behalf.

At the firm, Ms Chew handles complex and high-value real estate transactions. Her current clientele includes corporations and individuals involved in developer projects, commercial and industrial properties, enbloc sales, land sales and acquisitions.

As a team player, Ms Chew makes it a priority to take under her wings less experienced lawyers, guiding and sharing with them her wealth of expertise in property law and practices.
