Ms Sharon Toh graduated from the Nanyang Technological University with a Business degree, specialising in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Her academic background instilled in her the importance of being customer-oriented so as to provide excellent service in an organisation.

She joined LAWHUB LLC (formerly known as K K Yap & Partners) as a Client Service Manager in 1999. Ms Toh's role in the firm requires her to constantly be on the lookout for ways to improvise and enhance the clients’ experience with the firm, be it as acting as a feedback channel, organising focus group sessions or sending out SMS messages to keep clients constantly updated on their case status. She also manages a helpline that allows our clients or business associates to make enquiries even after working hours.

She is also responsible for supervising the client service team, handling any service-related issues, coordinating the firm's marketing efforts, events and business development.
