Ms Cherisse Foo graduated with a LLB (Honours) from the University of Sheffield and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2019. In the course of her practice, she has represented many individual and corporate clients, major local and foreign banks, and financial institutions in a wide range of real estate transactions including the sale and purchase of properties under construction and resale properties, part-share transfers, refinancing, and mortgage transactions. She regularly advises clients on HDB and private residential and commercial matters, and has also represented the CPF Board in relation to her clients’ use of CPF monies.
